- Wear the Sleep Well Band on your left inner wrist, with the top of the device lined up along the crease of your wrist.
- Secure the Velcro straps around your arm, so it’s comfortable and not too tight.
- This is what the Sleep Well Band should look like when worn. Make sure it’s on your left arm.
- To start the Sleep Well Band, press and hold the POWER button for 4 seconds, until the LED light turns on. If worn properly, the light will be green. A red light means the pads have weak contact with your skin. In that case, readjust the Sleep Well Band on your arm.
- Adjust the intensity to a comfortable level; the intensity bar is located on the right side of the Sleep Well Band. The Sleep Well Band will automatically shut off after 30 mins. Keep it clean by wiping the black rubber pads with a wet cloth after use.
